To many things gone wrong! Read Update!

I bought this a couple of years ago and was very surprised at how bad this laser sucks! Takes forever to start to spin. Need to get tripod level, with a level and still takes it 5 mins for it to adjust. Sooooo ticks me off when customer is standing there and you look like a dumb *** waiting for the laser to spin. to many bells and whistles dual grad etc. Just spin a level! OHHHH and if your working around glass windows or doors look out flase beeps and misreads all over the place. My business partner breaks out his dewalt $200 laser and makes me look like a fool. Golf, its alot like golf the guy that has the $100 clubs whips your *** and you have $2000 clubs. Sorry but dont buy this laser.
UPDATE!!!! This laser has it's flaws dont get me wrong but I have used the laser much more in the last year than ever before. I have noticed if I take an extra 30 seconds to eye up the tripod before spinning the laser it doesn't take near as long to spin. Second the duel grade is slick as crap. Third changing the rotating speed helped a lot. Good laser not great but half the cost of other good not great lasers. Thank you

Survey Instrument

Box packaging was damaged when it arrived. Nothing inside was damaged though. The stadia rod is too short for most uses at 8ft. The instrument is well packaged in its own instrument case. I haven't set the instrument up for use yet but anticipate no surprises. Tripod is poor with plastic feet and plastic base plate. I anticipate replacing both the stadia road and tripod. I thought tripod would of had metal feet and a metal base plate. Probably would have only bought just the instrument anfd then gotten what I wanted for a tripod had I know the construction of tripod. Price was lowest I found
